Bhamashah Scheme was initiated in 2008 during Vasundhara Raje’s previous tenure as the CM. After opening over 29 lakh bank accounts for women Rs 160 crore were also transferred, but the scheme was then stalled by the succeeding government.
Bhamashah yojna is a scheme can be started by the government of Rajasthan and it’s inaugurated by chief minister Vasundhra Raje on august 15, 2014. Its main task is to transfer the financial and non financial benefits of govt. schemes directly to the people in the transparent procedure. The name of this scheme is given after Bhamashah who can create the Dilwara temples. Main purpose of this scheme is to motivate the women employee. It is similar to Pradhan mantra Jan dhan yojana. But the difference of in both schemes is the Pradhan Mantre jan dhan yojna are capable for two family member and they give RS. 1 lacs provide on accidental scheme in this scheme. But in bhamashah scheme it can give to women’s of the family. This scheme can include pensions, rations cards, technicals and higher educations. This scheme is to the head of family who are women. In this card name and bank account no are print in this card. In this scheme family are verified by the scheme and make a database of all the state member.

Procedure for registration Bhamashah scheme
The bank account is open by bank officer. The form are filled by the procedure of know your customer.

2. Two photograph of applicants
3. Aadhar card photocopy
4. One photocopy of ration card and voter identity card.
5. BPL card , pan card or passport one photocopy
